If you are the CEO, your job is to generate revenue, not to play tech support. Whether you are consulting high-ticket clients or building physical infrastructure, every hour you spend on admin work is an hour you are not closing deals.
If you refuse to hire help, you kill your own scale. Second, you have to buy your time back aggressively. People do not reach the elite levels of wealth by saving pennies. They reach it by spending capital to acquire speed. So instead of watching 100 YouTube tutorials to learn a basic skill, write the check.
