Whether you are in a mastermind or speaking to an advisor, you have to be an empty cup.

If you act like the smartest person in the room, you kill your own education. Second, the greatest operators on earth are the most eager students. People do not stay at the top of their industry by resting on old knowledge. They stay there by relentlessly seeking out people who can expose their blind spots. So instead of defending your broken systems when a mentor critiques them, take the hit. Make their harsh feedback the foundation of your next massive upgrade. Lastly, humility is the fastest track to massive wealth. When you sit down, shut your mouth, and actually apply the strategies of those who are miles ahead of you, Your timeline collapses. Deep respect, rapid implementation, and zero defensiveness create a completely unstoppable founder. When you become fiercely coachable, you become fiercely profitable. Bottom line: You cannot learn a lesson while you are busy trying to teach the class. Drop the pride, listen to the experts, and execute the playbook.
