Transcript of Trump Suggests Those Biden Pardoned Be Investigated
The 47 Morning Update with Ben FergusonYou had Banon put in jail. Peter Navarro put in jail. You had people that suffered. They've lost their fortunes. They've lost their nest egg.
Another sign of President Trump's aggressive crackdown on immigration.
You're listening to the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
Good morning, it's Ben Ferguson, and these are the top stories that we're looking at right now. Joe Biden, the big guy, may have made a big mistake when it comes to giving out pardons to members of the Biden crime family. He left a couple of names off that list that now could put him in hot water. I'll explain that for you in just a moment. Also, Donald Trump making good on his promise to go after sanctuary cities that do not comply with federal law. Now they're rounding up violent illegal immigrants all over the country. I'll have the latest on that. In a shocking report, the United Nations facilities apparently were used to hide the hostages that were taken in the attacks on Israel. Is this one of the reasons why Donald Trump is saying it's time to stop funding to these organizations? We'll break that down for you as well. It's the 47 Morning Update, and it starts right now.
Story number one.
There was universal outrage when we found out that the very last thing that Joe Biden did as President of the United States of America was give out pardons to virtually all of his family members and their spouses. This is the Biden crime family. But he may have made a fatal mistake by not pardoning himself or his wife, Joe Biden. He thought about everyone else, but I guess assumed he was untouchable because he was the President of the United States of America. Now, Donald Trump is actually talking about this exact issue in a sit-down interview with Sean Hannity, his first interview inside the ownable office. This is what Donald Trump had to say.
Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, who got a preemptive pardon. All these people that got pardon. Anthony Fauci, did he know that NIH money through the ECHO Health Alliance was funding the Wuhan Vérology Lab? There seems to be text and messages and emails that went back and forth. You talk about the unselected Committee, as you call it, the January sixth Committee. They had a predetermined outcome. General Millie, all these people, the Biden family members. Joe Biden ran and said he would never do preemptive pardons. It was an issue that came up when you were leaving your first time.
He thought he heard that I was going to do it. I didn't want to do it. I was given the option. They said, Sir, would you like to pardon everybody, including yourself? I said, I'm not going to pardon anybody. We didn't do anything wrong. We had people that suffered. They were incredible patriots. We had people that suffered. You had Banon put in jail. You had Peter Navarro put in jail. You had people that suffered. And far worse than that, they've lost their fortunes. They've lost whatever their nest egg, paying it to lawyers. And people said, Do you want... And they wouldn't have even taken... Most of those people, they wouldn't have even taken a pardon. This guy went around giving everybody pardons. And you know the funny thing, maybe the sad thing, is he didn't give himself a pardon. If you look at it, it all had to do with him. I mean, the money went to him.
Should Congress Did you investigate that?
Well, I don't know.
You ordered the DOJ.
Look, he didn't give himself a pardon, and he didn't give some other people a pardon that needed it. I heard Schiff went to him and just begged him for a pardon because Schiff He was a crook. Schiff is a crooket guy. He's a crooket politician. He made up the story about Russia, Russia, Russia. He totally made it up. He was a storyteller. Then after he made it up, they found out that there was a tape of the conversation made by, I guess, the State Department. I don't know. When you make calls, they make tape sometimes, not all the time.
He was the one talking to the Russians.
He, in the meantime, made up the conversation, totally made it up about quid pro quo. There was no quid pro quo, just yet. There was a perfect call. Tim Scott was the first one to come. He read it. He said, This is a perfect call. What are you doing? You're impeaching a man for a perfect call. It was Schiff, Hillary Burberry, the whole group. You know what? They should... Schiff is just a bad, sick guy. He went to Biden and he demanded a pardon because he thought he did something.
He knew he did something. Benny Thompson, the chairman of that committee.
Benny Thompson, along with that unselect committee, destroyed all of the work that took place over two years. You know why? It showed that I was Not only was Donald Trump right, but the big guy, Joe Biden, may have made the biggest mistake of his political career in that he decided not to pardon himself and others, as you just heard mentioned in that interview.
The question now is, do the American people want Congress to spend time investigating what they already know the Biden crime family was involved in. Republicans will have to figure that out, but it's very clear that Donald Trump is saying he's open to the idea of finding out what these individuals did.
Now, story number 2.
Donald Trump made it clear when he was reelected that when he got into office, he was going to, well, kick some A double S and take names, especially if you were involved in protecting illegal immigrants that are in this country. He said he was going to take on sanctuary cities, and that is something he's doing right now. But we've also found out that now the government is rounding up violent illegal immigrants all over the country, just as he promised. Tom Homan taking the lead on that. While that is going on, Congress has also passed the Lake and Reilly Act. That bill now is going to Donald Trump's desk to be signed into law. The House in a major move on Wednesday, passing the Lake and Reilly Act, sending that bill of the White House to make it the first legislation that President Donald Trump will sign into law as what we're being told now. This is significant because clearly the President is trying to send a message to the voters who put him back in the White House that he is going to do That's exactly what he said he was going to do on protecting you from violent criminals that come across our Southern border.
Now, this is a divisive issue, and I'm talking about divisive from the standpoint the Democrats are hell-bent on allowing violent criminals into America. The House voted 263 to 156 to pass the Lake and Reilly Act. Thank goodness, 46 Democrats joined the GOP lawmakers to pass the legislation. Now, the Lake and Reilly Act was named after the 22 year-old nursing student who was brutally murdered in Athens, Georgia by an illegal alien released into the United States interior by the Biden administration. The bill would require the Department of Homeland Security to taken to custody illegal aliens arrested, charged or convicted for burglary, theft, larceny, or shoplifting. This is something that sanctuary cities have been refusing to do to alert ICE about individuals that have committed these types of crimes. House Republicans passed the bill in early January, and they enjoyed unanimous support from the Republican leadership, with 48 Democrats saying, yes, they would back this bill. This will be a moment for Donald Trump to say, this is what the American people want. In fact, CNN is even admitting that, saying that Americans are more hauckish on illegal immigration and deporting those in this country illegally since Donald Trump has been back in the White House, and that's just been for a few days.
Take a listen to this shocking report.
Let's start with how Americans feel now about people being in the country illegally. This might be different from the headline. We're just talking about refugees who have applied and gone through this long process and gotten approved, but talking about undocumented immigrants.
Sometimes I like blunt questions because they get at the underlying feelings that people we'll have. This is about as blunt a question as you can get. Deport all immigrants here illegally. I will note the ABC news poll asked about undocumented immigrants. We have slightly different questions, but these were all taken within the last month. There's real uniformity here. That's what I really think you see. You see real Uniformity. Deported all immigrants who are here illegally, 55% of the New York Times, Marquette, 64%, CBS News, 57%, ABC News with a slightly different question, 56%. What you're seeing essentially here is a very clear indication that a The majority of Americans, in fact, when they're asked this blunt question, which I believe gets at the underlying feelings, do in fact want to deport all immigrants who are here illegally. There's no arguing with these different numbers because they're all essentially the same across four different posters.
Four different posters. The New York Times, 55% of Americans say deport all illegal immigrants. Marquette, 64% their polls say of Americans want all illegal immigrants to be deported. Cbs News at 57% and ABC News at 56%. This is shocking to CNN, which also tells you just how little they were paying attention to the American voters before election day. The fact that they're saying it's shocking even after Donald Trump has gone to the White House also tells you just how incompetent they are. Now, Tom Holman is out there. He's kicking well tail and taking names. He also did an interview with CNN where he put them in their place when he was asked about what he is with sanctuary cities that are refusing to work with the federal government.
What is happening as we speak is limited to those with criminal records?
That's the target of this operation. But like I said many times, in places like sanctuary cities, where we can't arrest a bad person in the jail. We would like to have access to the jail to arrest a criminal alien in the safety and security of a county jail, which is safer for the community, safer for the officers, and safer for the alien. But when you release a public safety threat of a sanctuary jail and won't give us access to them, that means we got to go to the neighborhood and find him, and we will find him. But when we find him, he may be with others. Others that don't have a criminal conviction in the country legally, they will be arrested, too, because we're not going to... And this is a difference between the last administration and this administration. Isis is going to enforce the immigration law. There's nothing in the INA, the Immigration Nationality Act, says you got to be convicted of a serious crime in order to be removed from this country. There's going to be more collateral arrests in sanctuary cities because they forced us to go in a community and find the guy we're looking for.
And find the guy we're looking for. Tom Homan already rounding up illegal immigrants all over the country. Well done.
Lastly, story number three.
I told you about a story yesterday on the 47 Morning Update that Donald Trump had said it's clear that America is paying way more into different organizations like the UN than any other countries in the world, and they're taking advantage of us. He has also decided it's time to look at how much money we're spending and have a 90-day moratorium to move forward on any funding. Well, now you may understand exactly why he made that decision after the shocking new claims have come out of Israel from freed Israeli hostages who are now saying that Hamas terrorists used United Nation facilities to hide them. Outrage is intensifying at this hour. After the hostages freed from Gaza, revealed that they were held in UN facilities communities during their captivity. While critics are calling the UNRWA, known as UNRA, nothing more than a front for the Hamas terrorist that must be disbanded immediately. Last weekend, three Israeli women were released in that high-stakes prisoner swap which saw Israel free 90 Palestinian detainees, including convicted terrorists. The women who endured nearly a year and a half of captivity under the terrorist group Hamas, described being detained in the United Nations facilities, including tent camps and humanitarian zones administered by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.
This would be under under as a control. This coming from Israel's channel 13 news reports. This is shocking, as well as additional reports that have come out indicating that they were held at the Amal Adwan Hospital in Northern Gaza. The former hostages are now undergoing rehabilitation, following severe conditions that included long periods in underground confinement without sunlight. One woman recounted being subjected to a medical procedure without anesthesia, underscoring the inhumane treatment that they all faced in captivity. This is another example of why Donald Trump is right to say, Stop the funding to organizations until we do a deep dive into what they're doing with our money, especially if the United Nations is now going to be found guilty of advocating, supporting, and helping terrorist organizations in and around Israel.
