Some of the bullying I've experienced is racism. So I've been called the N-word quite loosely. One day I'd been off sick and I'd gone to the doctor's, and a colleague, he basically walked past me and was like, The boy is in today. Then I'd be sitting in amongst the teachers, particularly the younger teachers, and they'd be saying comments like ding, ding, ding, ding, as if it was Indian jingle music and things like that. And then I've had the curry lover comment as well. And it wasn't just racism. She also faced sexism. Someone said that I had blowjob lips. It was a senior member of staff, and then also that I'd have to bend over to get a promotion. I was crying every night to my mom on the phone. I was just in tears every night.
