Transcript of Witness describes moment car exploded at US-Canada border #shorts

We are back with your headlines and a developing story. The FBI and New York Governor Kathy Hochel say there's no sign the car explosion at the US. Canada border that killed two people was a terror attack. Here's how one witness described the scene.

And about 30ft from me I seen something airborne. I first thought it was an airplane, looked like slow motion. And I said, My God, it's a car. Then all a sudden I saw black smoke and then fire.

The two people inside the car, a husband and wife, according to the Associated Press, were both killed. A Customs and Border patrol worker was treated for minor injuries.
