A truck's dashcam caught the moment a rare tornado hit it in a California shopping center parking lot. Limbs tear off of nearby trees and dangerous debris rockets through the air as the winds increase as as an EF 1 twister approaches. And then it hits. The short lived tornado injured multiple people.
