South african paralympian and convicted murderer oscar pistorius has been granted parole. Authorities say he'll be released on January 5, next year. Pistorius shot his partner, reeva steenkamp, four times at his home in 2013. He claims he had mistaken her for an intruder. Pistorius was originally sentenced to more than 13 years in prison.
