Transcript of South Carolina teen files federal lawsuit after being mistakenly pulled over at gunpoint

Show me your hands. An 18-year-old South Carolina teen filed a federal civil rights lawsuit this week against the city of North Myrtle Beach and officers from its police Department after being mistakenly pulled over at gunpoint. Officers pulled Lynesha Hemingway over last month after they allegedly got a hit that her car was stolen. She was held at gunpoint and handcuffed before eventually being let go when police acknowledged they had the wrong vehicle. Hemingway said the officers violated her constitutional rights and that she was left traumatized.
