A competitive runner since the age of six. For Shaq Allen, the track is like home. But today, he gets around in a wheelchair after a tragic accident that took the lives of his sister and cousin and left him paralyzed from the chest down. You got to win this. Thanks to support from family and friends, he's now back out on the track.

I felt being upset that I was in a wheelchair would have been selfish because they was no longer here. At least I still had a chance to do so.
